Service Data: Paid Models vs Free Models
Our handling of Service Data depends on the type of model you use:- Paid Models (default): Your Service Data is used to fulfill your request (generate the output) and is not collected or used for Training by default.
- Paid Models (optional, opt-in): If you enable “Training on paid models” in your account privacy settings, Service Data from Paid Model requests may be collected and used for Training and improvement.
- Free Models: Service Data may be collected and used by us and our Partners for Training and improvement of Free Models on the platform. This is enabled for Free Models (specific practices may vary by model/provider).
Partners and model providers
We work with third-party model providers (“Partners”) to provide model inference. When you use Paid Models, our intent is that Partners use Service Data for Training only when you have enabled the applicable privacy setting.Logging and retention (operational & security)
To run and secure the Service, we maintain limited operational and security logs, such as:- Rate limiting and abuse prevention signals
- Error diagnostics and reliability metrics
- Timestamps and high-level device/browser information
- Network identifiers (e.g., IP-related data)
Aggregated usage data
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage information (for example, which models are most popular) to improve the platform. This data is not intended to identify you.Your choices
- Paid Models Training preference: You can enable or disable “Training on paid models” in your account privacy settings. Changes apply to future requests after you save the setting.
